This is the catalog site for OLIXIS. Reading it means accepting the terms below.

What this site is

A description of what we build, with photographs, specifications and prices. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Nothing here is an offer to sell, and no contract is formed by reading a page.

Figures on these pages

Prices are the figures from our last update. Prices move. Where the figure at checkout differs from the figure here, checkout is right. Dimensions, drawer counts, quarts, load ratings and weights are as stated on each product's own page; where a figure is not stated, none is shown here rather than an estimate being made.

Load ratings and dimensions

A load rating printed beside a bed frame, a weight bench or a step ladder describes the piece under its maker test, not every use a household can invent. A dimension describes the outside of the piece. Neither is a promise about your room, your floor or your wall, which are yours to judge.

Electrical appliances

Kitchen machines, fans, vacuums, heaters and gym equipment are used with the instructions packed in their own boxes, on the household electrical supply they name. The patio heater is an outdoor appliance and stays outdoors. Nothing on this site replaces the manual that ships with the machine.

Photographs and text

The product photographs and the writing on this site are ours. Neither may be republished without permission. Quoting a sentence with a link back is fine.

Customer reviews

Reviews quoted on this site are real customer reviews, quoted word for word with the name and date shown by the reviewer. We do not edit spelling, and we keep four star reviews in on purpose.

Safety and assembly

Tall furniture wants wall straps, gym machines want the clearances their manuals name, and the instructions packed with the product you receive govern its assembly and use. Nothing on this site replaces reading the sheet in the box.

Health

Where our pages touch activity minutes, heat, shade or food temperatures, they quote public guidance and link the source with the date we read it. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and the public agencies outrank anything written here.

Liability

We take care with what is written here and cannot promise it is free of error. Use of anything we build is at your own discretion, and nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind.
