Editorial policy

This page exists so that a reader can tell what kind of writing this is before trusting a sentence in it.

What gets published

• Product facts only where the product states them. A drawer count, a quart figure, a load rating appears because it is on the product’s own sheet, not because it sounds right.
• Honest limits travel with the claims. The bedroom pages say plainly that a topper cannot fix a sagging mattress, in the same type size as the relief it promises.
• Anything touching heat, food temperatures or anchoring carries a link to the body that publishes the guidance and the date we read the page.
• Where a figure is unknown, it is left out. There are no invented gauges, no invented capacities and no invented test results on this site.

What does not get published

• Invented credentials. No founding year, no head count, no award, no certificate number beyond what the product pages themselves state.
• Staged portraits. The crew section names benches, not faces, because the alternative is stock photographs of strangers presented as our colleagues.
• Invented customer voices. Every quoted review is a real one, quoted as written.
• Safety promises. A load rating is a boundary, not a dare; an anchor kit is a requirement, not an accessory; and no page here says otherwise.

Write to hello@myolixis.com. A correction is made on the next update and the page is changed rather than argued about. Prices, drawer counts and quart figures are the errors we most want reported.

Independence

Nobody pays for a mention here. There are no sponsored placements, no gifted-in-exchange-for-coverage arrangements, and no advertising slots on any page.
